Data Storage and Protection
- Photos uploaded by users are not shared with any third party person or institution. Photos are kept in IRMO servers during AI Avatar generation process.

- Photos uploaded to the IRMO to generate AI Avatars are deleted from our servers right after the model is completed. Images are deleted after 2 hours even if the AI Avatar model is not completed.
- To generate AI Avatars, IRMO processes the user photo uploads (including photos of user’s face) to train diffuser model. Uploaded photos are only used to produce AI Avatar.

- Generated AI Avatars are kept in IRMO servers up to 30 days
- The technologies implemented in IRMO do not allow unique identification or authentication of a single user. The faces in the uploaded photos are not used in any activities such as identification, authentication, except for AI Avatar creation.
- IRMO does not collect biometric identifiers and biometric information or process of biometric data through facial recognition from uploaded photos.

• Our application, Haze, is committed to user privacy and ensuring the secure handling of user data. It's important to note that our app does not collect, use, disclose, share, or retain any face data from the users' photos.

• The sole purpose of our app is to enhance the quality of the photos, increase the resolution, colorize black and white photos, and remove scratches from old photos, based on the user's request. No facial recognition or other face data-related processing is done on our part.

• All photo processing operations are carried out on our secure servers. After processing, both the original and the processed photos are deleted from our servers immediately. Processed photos are sent back to the user's device and stored there only. No photos or data from photos are stored on our servers or shared with third parties.

• By using Haze, you acknowledge and agree that your photos are your responsibility, and any changes you make using our service are not stored or retained by us but only on your device.

The following provisions detail the specific privacy practices in place for Adel:

Voice Cloning and Retention:

- The user's cloned voice data is exclusively processed for the express purpose of enabling the narration functionality within the Adel platform. Under no circumstances is this data utilized for ancillary purposes or disseminated to external entities.
- Voice recordings are retained on encrypted servers for a duration of 30 days subsequent to the most recent custom story creation. Absent any activity within this specified period, such voice data will be subjected to automatic deletion protocols. Subsequent story narrations post this period will necessitate re-recording by the user.
- Users retain the unequivocal right to initiate the deletion of their voice data from Adel. Upon execution of this directive, the corresponding voice data will be expunged forthwith from our servers.

Story Generation and Data Management:

- Custom stories are formulated in collaboration with OpenAI's ChatGPT 3.5 and ChatGPT 4 technologies. Post-generation, all data parameters utilized in the customization process are irrevocably deleted.
- Imagery within the stories is algorithmically generated, ensuring no linkage or resemblance to real-world entities or identities.
- Prior to dissemination or display to minors, users must engage in a mandatory review process, granting approval to both the narrative text and associated imagery.

Profile Data Management:

- User-uploaded profile imagery and other personal data, including but not limited to name, age, and gender, are stored under stringent security protocols on dedicated servers. Such data remain in custody until the user elects to terminate their Adel profile, post which they are subjected to immediate deletion protocols.
